Biography
Anne Cleary was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, and is a 3rd generation Bismarck resident. Anne Cleary is the business owner of White Lace Bridal and Hiccups Kids + Baby, both located in the downtown area of Bismarck. Anne has obtained her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from University of Mary.
Anne wants to get young citizens involved in local government, and become leaders that get involved to achieve the best Bismarck it can be.
Anne believes small businesses drive innovation and enhance economic activity and growth. With this belief in mind she wants to make sure Bismarck is a place for businesses to invest and thus bring opportunities for good jobs and good employees. She wants to guide the city to have a growing and vibrant community, which will bring young entrepreneurs to our city and current entrepreneurs to open a business in Bismarck and make this city their permanent home.
