Mills Avenue will open at 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm for Southport residents as road conditions allow. Traffic is restricted to essential light vehicle traffic and trailers only.
Residents are advised that additional rainfall may require temporary closure of Riverwood Drive or Mills Avenue.
