There are no longer sandbags available at the Bismarck Civic Center Site. Sandbags can be picked up at Sandbag Charlie (Bobcat) and the Missouri Valley Fairgrounds. The self fill sites are still operational at Horizon Middle School and South 12th and Santa Fe Ave (Cottonwood.)
