Construction Update: East Century Avenue
To All Area Residents and Travelers,
We’re pleased to share that the project has made significant progress since our last update. 52nd Avenue is now fully paved with asphalt and ties into the new intersection at Century Avenue. With major concrete paves taking place last Saturday, another on Thursday with an additional paving session planned for this Saturday. The roadway east of Roosevelt Drive will be 80% completed, with just a final pave and minor side street tie-in work remaining.
Next Steps
Following the completion of roadway paving, our team will shift focus to constructing the new sidewalk and shared-use path, enhancing accessibility and safety for pedestrians and cyclists.
On Track for Completion
Despite recent weather-related delays, the project remains on schedule and continues to show strong momentum. We anticipate completion to align closely with the original timeframe.
