City of Bismarck's Landfill Free Disposal Week for Bismarck Residents is September 15-20, 2025.
- Free disposal at the landfill, including household hazardous waste and electronics, is the week of September 15-20, for Bismarck residents who present their most recent City of Bismarck utility bill or valid driver’s license showing a Bismarck address.
- To better serve our residents during the Landfill Free Disposal Week, the Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Center will be open with extended hours, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm, the week of September 15-20.
- There is a fee to dispose of tires.
Regular Landfill Hours of Operation
Monday – Saturday: 6am – 4pm
Regular HHW & Electronic Center Hours of Operation
8am – 3pm on Monday through Thursday
9am – 2pm on 1st & 3rd Saturday of each month
