BISMARCK, N.D.— Starting at 9AM on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, East Boulevard Ave. will be closed from 3rd St to 4th St. The City Forestry Division will be removing a tree on the boulevard. Work should be completed by noon. No detour will be in place.
