Doug Burgum met with Col. Robert J. Newbauer, commander and district engineer of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Omaha District, stressing the need restrict flows from Garrison Dam until the threat of ice jam flooding has diminished in Bismarck-Mandan.
