Notice is hereby given that the public will have until 9am Monday December 18, 2023 to comment on proposed modifications to the MPO’s Public Participation Plan (PPP). The purpose of the PPP is to identify the MPO’s responsibilities with regard to the public participation process. The purpose of the public comment period is to provide an opportunity for public involvement in the review of proposed modifications to the PPP.
Furthermore, the proposed modifications to the PPP will be available for citizens to review at the Bismarck Community Development Dept. office, 221 N 5th St, Bismarck, ND, beginning November 3, 2023. Following consideration of citizen’s comments, the proposed modifications to the PPP will be presented to the MPO Policy Board for possible adoption.
The public is invited to submit written comments to the MPO no later than 9am, December 18, 2023, to P.O. Box 5503, Bismarck, ND, 58506. Written comments should be directed to Stephen Larson and faxed to (701) 222-6450 or sent to the above address. Written comments may also be submitted via e-mail.
