Starting at 8:00 AM, Monday, September 25, 2023, 4th Street between Broadway Avenue and Thayer Avenue will be closed to thru traffic. Roers Construction will close the roadway to place a crane in the roadway to lift materials onto the Grand Pacific building. Once the lifts are complete the roadway will be reopened to traffic in early afternoon.
No detour will be in place.
Pedestrian access to businesses will be maintained.
