More than two dozen local engineers are helping south Bismarck homeowners in their flood fight.
Since mid-morning, the engineers have been providing guidance and technical assistance to homeowners who are building dikes to protect their homes and neighborhoods. These engineers are examining the dikes for proper construction and elevation.
