Starting at 9:00 AM, Thursday, August 24, 2023, Avenue C between Washington Street and Mandan Street will be closed to through traffic. The Forestry Department will be in the area doing work to remove diseased trees.
The closure will be in place until noon on Thursday.
No detour will be in place.
Access to local residents will be maintained.
