City of Bismarck Garbage and Recycling (gold route) will be collected on Presidents' Day holiday, Monday, February 20th, and the Landfill will be open from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. City Offices will be closed on the holiday.
Garbage and Recycling must be set out by 6:00 am on the collection day. Garbage and recycling containers may be set out the evening before the collection day. Crews will not return to an address where garbage and recycling containers were not out in time for the initial collection.

Monday - Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
