The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization and Bis-Man Transit are in the early stages of updating the transit development plan (TDP). Updates are completed every five years. Through the plan update we will be reviewing both fixed route and paratransit services, including finances, service levels and what opportunities are available to improve service.
The first three rounds of public meetings will focus on listening to you regarding your experiences, presenting background information about the plan, and discussing what more you would like to see for service. Meeting opportunities will be available in Bismarck and Mandan. The first round of meetings will take place on December 6.
