The Flood Hotline has received an increased number of calls with questions about the releases scheduled from Garrison Dam. According to the Corps of Engineers the anticipated release schedule is as follows:
Planned scheduled releases, subject to change based on changing reservoir and river conditions:
May 27 80,000 cfs
May 30 85,000 cfs
June 10 90,000 cfs (targeted)
June 13 100,000 cfs
June 28 105,000 cfs
For design purposes and emergency protection measures 120,000 cfs is being used in the event the need arises to exceed the current forecast.
