Pumping from the drainage ditch on Washington Street has been temporarily stopped.
The pump has been shut down while workers reinforce the gate. The gate is working, but in light of rain in the forecast and the expected releases from Garrison Dam, crews want to reinforce it while the water levels are still relatively low. Pumping will resume once the gate is reinforced. Pumping is expected to resume by around 1:30 pm.
