Bismarck City Offices will be closed due to the Veteran's Day holiday, Thursday, November 11, 2021. The Landfill and Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Center will be open. Garbage and Recycling will be collected as normally scheduled. Garbage and Recycling must be set out by 6:00 a.m. on collection day.
