BISMARCK, N.D. – Starting at 8:00 am on Monday, July 19, 2021, 3rd Street from Capital Avenue to Central Avenue will be closed to through traffic to install a new water main. Access to local residents will be maintained. Work should be completed in three weeks.
The Divide Avenue westbound detour route will be north on 6th St. to Capital Avenue then west to Catherine Drive then south returning to Divide Avenue.
