Starting at 8:00 AM, Wednesday, August 26, 2020, West Avenue A from Washington Street to Mandan Street will be closed to through traffic for installation of a new sewer service.
No detour route will be provided.
West Avenue A will be reopened to traffic late Thursday evening.
Traffic can anticipate congestion and are asked to seek alternate routes.
