Starting at 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2020, E. Ave. C from 7th St. to 5th St. will be closed to through traffic for installation of a water value on 6th St. in the intersection of Ave. C.
No detour route will be provided.
Ave. C will be reopened to traffic late Tuesday evening.
