Starting at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 11, 2020, East Avenue C from 7th Street to 6th Street will be closed to through traffic for installation of a water line on 7th Street.
No Detour route will be provided.
Avenue C will be reopened to traffic on at 6 PM Tuesday evening.
Traffic can anticipate congestion and are asked to seek alternate routes.
