Starting at 8:00 am Tuesday July 7, 2020, Mandan Street between Avenue C and Avenue D will have Closed traffic movements for installation of water and sewer connections. Mandan Street should be reopened to traffic Thursday afternoon, weather permitting.
No detour will be in place.
Congestion can be expected during peak hour traffic. Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
