Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Zoning ordinance text amendment relative to Special Uses (Wind Turbine Facilities). The proposed amendment would modify the special use permit and building permit submittal items.
At this hearing, the Burleigh County Planning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to this item.
