Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, February 8, 2011, approved an ordinance rezoning from the R5-Residential, R10-Residential and RM-Residential zoning districts to the R5-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-5 and 10-13, Block 1 and from the R5-Residential and RM-Residential zoning districts to the R10-Residential residential zoning district on Lots 6-9, Block 1, Rocky Heights Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
