BISMARCK, ND –Starting 6:00 AM, Wednesday, June 17, 2020, Rosser Avenue will be restricted to eastbound traffic only. 7th Street from Avenue A through Rosser Avenue will be reduced to 2-lanes southbound. There will no right turn allowed at Rosser Ave from 7th Street. Basaraba Excavating will be working in the northwest quadrant of the intersection modifying water main valves.
Westbound traffic will be detoured south on 7th Street to Broadway to 5th Street and then north back to Rosser Avenue.
The westbound traffic closure and detour will be in place through Friday.
Traffic is asked to plan ahead and seek alternate routes.
