The Bismarck Police Department is advising no non-essential travel, due to the extremely slippery streets, limited visibility especially in the outskirts of Bismarck and general deteriorating conditions.
The Police Department is experiencing a high volume of traffic crashes. It is unknown at this time when road conditions will improve. Until then, no non-essential travel is advised.
