Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:
• Request of RBK Ventures, LLP for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agriculture zoning district to the Conditional MA-Industrial zoning district for RBK Ventures Subdivision. The property is located north of Bismarck, along the south side of 71st Avenue NE approximately 1/2 mile east of US Highway 83.
