Bismarck City offices, the Landfill and Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Center will be closed and there will be no garbage collection or curbside recycling collection on Thursday, November 23rd due to the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Garbage and recycling must be set out by 6:00 a.m. on collection day.
