Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Felton Developing, LLC for approval of a final plat for Harvest Ridge Subdivision First Replat, a 3-lot subdivision on 5.55 acres. The property is located north of Bismarck, west of US Highway 83 and north of 84th Avenue NE along the north side of Watercress Avenue (being a replat of Lot 1, Block 1, and adjoining right-of-way, Harvest Ridge Subdivision).
• Request of Calvert Creek Condos, LLC for approval of a minor subdivision final plat and zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district for Sonnet Heights Subdivision Seventh Replat, a 4-lot subdivision on 1.5 acres. The property is located in north Bismarck, north of Canada Avenue and east of Normandy Street, along the south side of Calvert Drive (being a replat of Lot 7A of Lot 7, Block 1, Sonnet Heights Subdivision First Replat).
• Request of Ruth Meiers Hospitality House, Inc. for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district for Auditor’s Lots A and B of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 33, T139N-R80W (City Lands) and Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Replat of Calkins Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, along the east side of State Street at the intersection with and north of East Boulevard Avenue (1100 East Boulevard Avenue).
• Request of Grey Wolf Properties, LLC and Tree Top Investors, LLP for approval of a special use permit for a microbrewery to be located on Lot 2, Block 2, Tree Top Addition. The property is located in north Bismarck, between Canada Avenue and Brookside Lane along the west side of US Highway 83.
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
