The Bismarck Police Department requests the assistance of the public in locating the following individual. Richard Shawn Pince, white male, 53 years of age, 5ft. 9in., 180 pounds, blue eyes, brown and gray hair. No clothing description available.
Mr. Pince was last seen in Bismarck the evening of March 18, 2016. He missed a meeting with his employer the next day. He may be driving a silver 2002 Cadillac Seville, bearing ND license plates: KJP771.
