In accordance with a national directive from President Barack Obama, Governor Jack Dalrymple is directing all state government agencies to fly the American and North Dakota flags at half-staff as a mark of respect for the victims of the attack in Brussels, Belgium. The flags will be lowered effective immediately through sunset on Saturday, March 26.
