City of Bismarck Street Department will continue to plow snow emergency routes and major arterial streets until 4:30 p.m. today. At midnight, crews will move into the residential areas and continue to plow until all streets are cleaned.
Please move vehicles off of the street so it can be cleared of snow. Keep them off the street until the plows have cleaned your street.
DOWNTOWN SNOW REMOVAL:
12:01 a.m. – 8:00 a.m., Friday, November 26th
The City of Bismarck Street Department will be removing snow from the downtown North – South streets in the signed areas (Street Cleaning/No Parking).
12:01 a.m.- 8:00 a.m., Saturday, November 27th
The City of Bismarck Street Department will be removing snow from the downtown East – West streets in the signed areas (Street Cleaning/No Parking).
Any cars parked on these downtown streets during that time will be towed. Businesses along these signed street cleaning areas should have their sidewalks cleaned before midnight on their designated day.
A reminder to all citizens, businesses, and contractors: It is illegal to push, shovel or blow snow into the street, alley, or onto another person’s property. The fine for this violation is up to $1000.
