Mr. Richardson is a High Risk offender due to the following convictions out of Cass Co. and Clay Co. District court: 1975 (Cass Co.) Kidnapping/Sodomy/GSI. 1981 (Cass Co.) Kidnapping. 1981 (Clay Co.) Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd degree & 1994 (Cass Co.) GSI/Use of a Minor in a Sexual Performance.
