Colder weather over the past few weeks has increased ice cover on the Missouri River in the Bismarck and Mandan area. As even colder air moves in on Friday...more ice will form. Under these conditions river ice will be even more hazardous than usual. Recreational users of the river are encouraged to be very watchful of changing conditions.
