Starting at 8:00 am, Monday, October 11, 2010, the intersection of Interstate Avenue and 8th Street will be closed to through traffic.
Access to business places East of 8th street should be made from the East using State Street.
Access to the residential area West of 8th street should be made from the West using 4th Street.
A detour will be in place. The detour route will utilize State Street, 4th Street, and Century Avenue.
This closure will be in place for the whole week weather permitting.
Through traffic using Interstate Avenue should seek alternate routes.
