Starting at noon on Thursday, May 22, 2014, Fifth Street will be closed to through traffic between Bowen Avenue and Sweet Avenue to move equipment related to the Oil Conference at the Civic Center. No detour will be in place.
The closure will last through the end of the day on Thursday, May 22, 2014.
