Starting at 8:00 am on Friday, May 2, 2014, Fifth Street will be closed to through traffic between Front Avenue and Sweet Avenue to place concrete panels on the Civic Center Expansion. A detour will be in place.
This closure will be in place through the end of the day on Friday, May 16, 2014.
Access to Dakota Eye Institute will be provided.
Southbound traffic on Fifth Street will be rerouted west on Front Avenue to Third Street, then south on Third Street to Sweet Avenue, and then east on Bowen Avenue back to Fifth Street.
Northbound traffic on Fifth Street will be rerouted west on Sweet Avenue to Third Street, then north on Third Street to Front Avenue, and then east on Front Avenue back to Fifth Street.
