Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, October 23, 2007, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agriculture zoning district to the Conditional R5-Residential zoning district on The Ridge at Hawktree Second Subdivision.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
