Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, approved an ordinance rezoning from the RT-Residential zoning district to the CA-Commercial zoning district on Lots 3 & 4, less the East 80.63 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Eastdale Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
