Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, approved an ordinance rezoning from the RM15-Residential and R10-Residential zoning districts to the R10-Residential for Lots 1-17, Block 1, Edgewood Village Fifth Addition. Lot 18, Block 1, Edgewood Village Fifth Addition will remain RM15-Residential.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
