Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2011, Third Street will be restricted to one lane northbound between Indiana Avenue and Bowen Avenue to install new water lines and storm water pipe and make connections.
The lane restriction will be in place through Thursday, weather permitting.
