Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2011, Rosser Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 7th Street and 8th Street to make water and sewer connections to the new UND Medical Center. A detour will be in place. Eastbound traffic on Rosser Avenue will follow the detour route south on 7th Street to Thayer Avenue, east on Thayer Avenue to 9th Street, and then north on 9th Street back to Rosser Avenue. Westbound traffic on Rosser Avenue will follow the detour route north on 9th Street to Avenue C, west on Avenue C to 7th Street, and then south on 7th Street back to Rosser Avenue. The street closure will be in place through Friday, weather permitting.
