All bidders should note that after the award of the low bid is approved by the Bismarck City Commission, and the contract is fully executed, ALL bid documents submitted to the City will be destroyed utilizing standard office practices, with the exception of the bid of the successful bidder. Should a non-successful bidder want its bid documents returned, it should include a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope with the bid, or request that the bid documents be saved in a self-addressed envelope included with the bid to be picked up at the Engineering Department upon the signature of the bidder.
