Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agricultural, R5-Residential and RR-Residential zoning districts to the RR-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-12, Block 1; Lots 1-8, Block 2; Lots 1-8, Block 3; Lots 1-18, Block 4; Lots 1-7, Block 5; Lots 1-16, Block 6; Lots 1-7, Block 7 and Lots 1-7, Block 8, Horizon Heights Fifth Addition.
This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
