The City of Bismarck Emergency Operations Center is requesting that all residents of Southport Development that they NOT direct any sump pump or other pumping operations onto Riverwood Drive. The storm sewer inlets on Riverwood Drive are blocked and the pumped water is backing up on Riverwood Drive. All pumping operations for the residents in the Southport Development must be directed towards the Missouri River and/or the Southport Bay.
