On Tuesday 4/29/2025, a contractor will begin working on the water-main along Front Avenue between Mandan Street and 2nd Street. Traffic lanes will be shifted but will be maintained in both directions during the majority of the work. Starting on about Monday, May 5th and lasting approximately 1-week, weather permitting, Front Avenue will be closed to traffic. Eastbound Front Avenue traffic will be detoured south on Mandan Street, east on Sweet Avenue, and back north on 2nd Street. Westbound Front Avenue traffic will be detoured south on 2nd Street, west on Sweet Avenue, and back north on Mandan Street.
