The library was recognized in the electronic external communications category for its “Borrower’s Guide.” Public Information Specialist Kevin Tengesdal designed the publication. Head of Circulation Services Matt Hovland and Assistant Director Elizabeth Jacobs compiled and arranged text to effectively assist all patrons.
