Bismarck Expressway will be open to truck traffic ONLY, from Main Avenue to Washington Street, beginning At 4:00 Pm today.
The street will be closed until further notice, while trucks haul clay for dike construction at Washington Street, Munich Drive and River Road.
Cross traffic should use extreme caution and drivers should use alternate routes if possible.
