Starting at 8:00 AM, Tuesday, September 12, 2023, 12th Street between Rosser Avenue and Broadway will be closed to thru traffic. Crews will be installing watermain on Thayer Avenue. 12th Street Should be reopened to traffic by late afternoon.
No detour will be in place.
Access to businesses will be maintained.
