Starting at 9:00 AM, Thursday, July 27, 2023, Bismarck Expressway eastbound between 9th Street and 11th Street will be reduced to one through lane eastbound. The contractor will be in the area doing work to install a driveway into Tommy’s Carwash.
The closure will be in place until late Friday evening.
No detour will be in place.
Access to business will be maintained.
