Starting 9:00 AM, Wednesday, April 19, 2023, Rosser Avenue between Washington Street and Mandan Street will be closed to through traffic. Traffic will be maintained on Washington Street. Access to resident and businesses will be maintained. City forestry department will be trimming trees on the east side of the intersection. Rosser Avenue should be reopened to traffic by 3:00 pm.
No Detour will be provided. Drivers may choose to seek alternate routes.
